Like in this 3 level multi-tenant building located in Aliso Viejo, CA. The kitchen sink exploded from the lower-level unit. There was a swage back up until it exploded. The tenant called us 8:20 and our crew was at the job site with in the hour. Our crew extracted the water, cleaned, and started the drying process.

As you can see in the before all the dirty water everywhere. The sink was filled and water on the floor, counter, and cabinets.
