Waterfall in the lobby

This commercial building suffered a water damage. A waterfall in doorway of the lobby and the warehouse was created because of a damaged water heater valve that broke off and 40 gallons poured into the lobby area. There was damages to the ceiling, cavities of the walls and the flooring. On the left photo you can see that there is a waterfall on the doorway. On the right the air mover was placed to dry and because it was mitigated quickly, in a few days it was "Like it never even happened." The customer was very happy with the quick work and results!
