The team at SERVPRO Bellflower took an unfortunate situation, an unresponsive insurance company, a month of being displaced and an added month of insurance delays, into a great opportunity. Noemy responded immediately to my initial call. I was so overwhelmed after I realized the extent of the damage but she had a way about her that was calming and reassuring. I have to say, her follow through is impeccable and it made it very easy to trust in the entire team. They all worked together so well I enjoyed having them around. The team is very thorough, thoughtful, respectful and understanding in regards to your situation. Noemy, Manuel, Cesar and the rest of the team did such a great job in restoring my home. We had major water damage and were out of our house for months right when Covid was hitting. They took my phone calls day and evenings and weekends. They are full service they packed us out and even assisted us with ease when we had to locate something, they got rid of all the water dried us out and moved us back in. Again Full Service!!! Noemy, Benjamin & their crew were very quick to respond to my call about a burst water pipe at my dad's house in Lakewood. They were very professional, arrived within minutes, and were quick to rectify the water damage. It was a major leak (over 4 inches of water under the house). We were so satisfied with the water damage mitigation, that we hired them to do the restoration. Manuel and his crew have vast construction experience. They worked long hours and over the weekend to allow us to have my father's memorial & family Christmas party at the house that had been where our family celebrated Christmas for 60 years. It was so important to us and they understood it. In addition to replacing all the hardwood floors, repairing the sub floors, repairing the lath and plaster walls, painting, installing new baseboards and door casings, they always cleaned up their work every day. Whenever we had a question or issue to address, they got back to us immediately. . Noemy was a joy to work with and she helped us make decisions that made our dad's house look beautiful, Noemy, Manuel, Benjamin, Carlos & all were like part of our family during the whole project! I would recommend them to anyone!

I would like to highly recommend SERVPRO of Bellflower, owned and operated by Manuel and Noemy, to anybody who is in need of repairs due to fire, water damage, mold remediation, sewage backup, vandalism, etc. They lived up to their motto "Like it never even happened." From the moment Noemy answered my call at 5:30 in the morning when I needed assistance water that had flooded the master bathroom, master bedroom, hallway, hallway bathroom and kitchen as the result of a toilet tank cracking in the middle of the night until the repairs were completed, Manuel, Noemi, and Carlos took care of everything. They were always friendly, polite, respectful, professional and very caring!! Noemy and Carlos dealt with my insurance company, ensuring that all of the damage was included in the claim, as well as helped pack up many collectibles and family heirlooms that were displayed in furniture that needed to be moved while repairs were made. Manuel and his crew were absolutely fantastic! Every morning, I received a call to let me know they were on their way. Once they arrived, Manuel made sure that runners were put down to protect the carpet and the furniture in the areas to be repaired was completely covered and protected. At the end of the day, Manuel and his crew cleaned the entire work area, and you could not even tell they had been there! All of the repairs were superb! I could not even tell where the new wallboard started and the old wallboard ended! Manuel has been a general contractor for many years and took a great deal of pride in his workmanship and it definitely showed! There was an issue with regard to asbestos testing and abatement, which Noemy and Carlos worked with various companies involved to resolve in a timely fashion. Again, I would highly recommend this company and should the need ever arise in the future, I definitely will be calling SERVPRO of Bellflower once again!
